MLM Training Philippines: The HOW and the SKILLS

One of the reasons why you need to learn how to correctly answer the objections of your prospect is because you can’t deny the fact that people have doubts in our industry. Especially in our generation, there are too many scam and illegal business opportunities coming up to the table.

 A lot of people are taking advantage on how awesome this industry is.

So if you haven’t heard it yet or don’t know the skills and you don’t know how to answer your prospect objections correctly. You will eventually lose your prospect at your hand in any moment and also, you have to understand that there are prospects that are just making excuses and not interested in the business at all. You must learn how to identify it and how to make them give you an honest answer to save more of your time.

But also, most of the prospect that throws objections is interested and they are really thinking hard enough about it. It means that they’re more likely the ones who will eventually join you or purchase membership in your business if you can address their concern correctly. Don’t assume immediately that they are negative people just because they throw some objections on the table – they just need to be inform and educate about our industry.

And if you make mistake of handling objections of your prospect, you will lose them in instant and if you don’t know the HOW of handling objections, you will most likely make an exaggerated claims and hype them like most people do.

It is a very common doings of a fresh blood MLM’ers, Networkers and Online Marketers in our industry.

They’re the ones giving our industry a bad name – Yup! It’s because of the fresh blood who haven’t taught yet of the skills in this type of business (Networking).

You know, motivation, mind setting and goals training are just not enough because if you really are serious to create or produce results in your business. You need to learn the necessary skills for your business.

Those necessary skills will be your weapon in your business. A specific skills set that you can apply immediately to finally produce results.

There are 3 skills that you need to learn if you are in MLM or Online Marketing business opportunity where you are required to sponsor or recruit people to make money.

The following will be in Filipino language as this post is dedicated for Filipinos (MLM Training Philippines).

MLM Training Philippines: Here are the skills.

  1. Sorting – Sorting ay yung tipong sasalain mo muna ang prospect mo kung qualified ba siya sa business opportunity na ino-offer mo or qualified ba siya sa team mo. Dahil ang totoo nasa business tayo at kaylangan natin ng mga tamang tao na papapasokin sa ating team. Hindi ito tulad ng employment na wala tayong choice kung sino lang ang gusto nating makatrabaho.

Parang pagtatayo lang yan ng million dollar business. Sabihin natin na nagtayo ka ng million dollar business, sa tingin mo ba ay tatanggap ka nalang basta-basta ng mga empleyado kung sasabihin nila sa’yo na “Ako gusto kong kumita, kaylangan ko ang trabaho”.. Hindi naman di ba?

Ang gagawin mo ay mag-iinterview ka muna dahil kaylangan na malaman mo kung qualified ba sila sa business mo. Dahil sila ang tutulong sa’yo magbuild ng iyong business.

Dito naman sa industry natin ay kaylangan mo lang malaman ay kung may sapat ba silang REASON WHY para gawin ang business. Itinuro ko ang skills na’to sa Book ko na “Sponsoring 301”.

  1. Handling Objection – Ito yung skills na kaylangan mong matutunan dahil most of the prospect ay may objection talaga. Pero hindi lahat ng may objection ay negative na, may prospect lang talaga na nagbabato ng objection dahil sa nako-confuse sila or may hindi sila naitindihan sa business at kaylangan na magawa mong sagotin yun ng tama.

May mga objection na tini-test ka, may prospect na ibabato nila sayo yung objection na yun ay dahil gusto nilang malaman kung paano mo iha-handle yun at para pag nagsimula na sila. Alam nila kung paano sagotin. Yes! wais na ang mga prospect ngayon.

May objection na palusot lang at yun ang kaylangan mong maidentify dahil I’m sure ayaw mong mag-aksaya ng oras sa prospect na nagpapalusot lang pala.

Isi-share ko sayo yung ilan sa mga basic script of handling objection na ginagamit ko personally at ng mga team leaders sa ating industry.

MLM Training Philippines: Handle ‘Networking Ba To?’

Sa blog post na’to itinuro ko kung paano mo sasagotin ang common objection na ‘Networking ba to?’. Hindi lahat ng nagbabato ng objection na’to ay negative. May mga tao lang talaga na may maling impormasyon na nasagap tungkol sa networking dahil nalang din sa maling publicity ng media.

MLM Training Philippines: Handle ‘Magkano na ba ang kinita mo dyan?’

Sa blog post naman na’to itinuro ko kung paano mo sasagotin ang objection ng ilang prospect na ‘Magkano na ba ang kinita mo dyan?’. Sa totoo lang hindi mo kaylangan mangamba o matakot sa objection na’to dahil ang totoo hindi naman talaga interesado ang prospect malaman kung magkano na ang kinita mo. Ang gusto lang nila malaman ay kung totoo ba talagang may kumikita sa opportunity na ino-offer mo.

MLM Training Philippines: Handle ‘Pautangin mo muna ako’

Ito naman yung pinaka-makulit na objection na matatanggap mo sa prospect mo lalo na kung kakilala mo. Kaya karamihan sa atin hindi na iniimbita ang kanilang KKK ay dahil sa baka mangutang ng puhunan. Alam mo na marami sa KKK natin ay ganun talaga at mafe-feel guilty ka dahil wala kang maipapahiram or ayaw mo magpahiram. Itinuro ko dito kung paano mo sagotin yun ng tama ng hindi kana mahihirap at magpapahiram at in fact tuturuan mo pa sila mag-isip na parang mayaman – maging wais.

MLM Training Philippines: Handle ‘Wala akong pera’

Dito din sa blog post na ito itinuro ko kung paano mo sagotin ang objection na ‘Wala akong pera’. This is a very common objection. Kaylangan mo matutunan kung paano sagotin ito dahil karamihan sa prospect na nagbabato nito ay mababait at nagpapalusot lang at meron din naman ang interesado. Yun ang kaylangan mong malaman para hindi kana mag-aksaya ng oras sa hindi naman pala interesadong prospect. Kaylangan mong identify kung nagpapalusot lang o hindi.

I hope this example handling objections will help you.

  1. Closing – Closing ang pinaka importanteng skills na kaylangan mong matutunan dahil sa skills na’to mo talaga macoconvert ang prospect mo into downlines or paid customer. Pwede kang maging pinaka magaling sa pag sort at pag handle ng objection pero pag wala kang skills na’to mahihirapan ka mag sponsor sa iyong business. Mahihirapan ka mag convert ng prospect mo into sales – money.

Sa blog post naman na’to itinuro ko yung isang skills sa pag close ng prospect. May ilang mapapasali mo dahil sa strategy na’to pero hindi ito yung actual closing method. Sa strategy na'to ang prospect mo na mismo ang magko-convince sa sarili niya.

MLM Training Philippines: Conclusion

Kaylangan mo matutunan ang tatlong (3) skills kung talagang gusto mong makapag-create or produce ng results sa business mo.

  1. Sorting - Kaylangan masala mo muna ang prospect mo bago mo tanggapin sa team mo or pasalihin dahil sa maglalaan ka din ng oras para turuan siya at alalayan.

  2. Handle Objection - Kaylangan mong matutunan kung paano mag handle ng objection ng tama dahil karamihan sa prospect ay magbabato ng objection pero hindi ibig sabihin ay negative sila. Kaylangan lang nila ng karagdagang impormasyon para tuluyang makapagdecide.

  3. Closing - Kaylangan mong matutunan kung paano mag close ng prospect dahil yun lang ang tanging paraan para matulungan mo sila gamit ang opportunity mo.
